This page states the terms and conditions under which you use the http://www.noshowspace.com/ website. Any use of this website means that you agree to them. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions or have any questions regarding our conditions please contact us at : info@noshowspace.com before placing any orders. By placing an order with us you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Shipping & delivery

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process, pack and ship unframed art works. Our framed art work is made to order and is delivered within 3 - 4 weeks of your order. When your order is ready for dispatch we will send you an email to let you know it is on its way.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries but if you are unsure, add an item to the cart/basket and check for your country in the drop-down menu at the checkout. The Checkout will also calculate the shipping cost.

UK Shipping:

For most of the UK we ship via available royal mail methods. If you want to track your order be sure to select a method that allows tracking.

Special delivery items are only guaranteed to arrive the day after dispatch - in certain situations this is not the same day as the order is placed. If an order is for a gift or it is essential to receive it within a certain time frame please let us know and we will give it special attention.

For deliveries in close radius to our show space we use a local courier company. We will contact you to arrange delivery at a convenient time.

International Shipping:

International shipping via Royal Mail signed for service. Estimated delivery time is 2 -4 days for Europe and 3 – 6 days for Rest of World. If you are an international customer, you may be charged taxes and duties by the customs of your country. This is outside of our control and we are unable to give you an estimate.

Collection

Purchases made on the website can be collected from the noshowspace gallery. Please see noshowspace information for details. Select 'Collect' as the chosen delivery option. We will contact you when your print is ready for collection.

Returns & exchanges

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your edition or if it arrives damaged. Subject to stock availability you can return goods for a full refund or exchange. You must contact us for authorisation before returning items.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We ensure to check all products for faults and defects before shipping them to you. We will only accept the return of goods in the condition in which they were delivered to you. Returns must be made in original packaging.

Product availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. While we endeavour to show accurate availability of stock, levels are subject to change and in the unusual event of any order being placed for an out of stock edition a full refund will be given.

Prices

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice. As is traditional in edition publishing, prices will rise as the edition begins to sell out. All prices include VAT.

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.

Please note that noshowspace reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. We will notify you by email immediately of any such cancellation.

All the information you provide to noshowspace is strictly private and confidential. We do not share any information with third parties. Credit card and payment information is not stored by noshowspace and all transmissions of sensitive data is made with a secure encrypted connection. Our website uses Google Analytics which uses a cookie that collects anonymous traffic data.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
